Everything your club sends to run itself is free, always — dues invoices and receipts, renewal reminders, meeting notices, agendas, minutes and calendar mail. Tokens only ever cover marketing blasts and voice transcription.

Charged on the length of the recording, not the number of words. Pause stops the meter, and a recording that picks up no speech is never charged.
AccountGuru only. When a reconcile won’t reach $0.00, AccountGuru reads your own books and tells you why and what to click — like an accountant looking over your shoulder. The facts behind the difference are always free; you pay only when you ask, and only when it answers.
Every club starts with 250 tokens, plus 1,000 free transcription tokens — about two and a half hours of recorded meetings. After that, top up whenever you like: 1,000 for $10, 3,000 for $25 or 7,500 for $50. Tokens never expire, and there is no monthly minimum. A club that never sends a marketing blast and never records a meeting never buys a single token.
